Account Director - go by district m


Your role

The go account manager will have to develop client’s relations. They must be comfortable with acquiring new clients by solicitation through phone and face-to-face meetings. With effective sales techniques, they will have to generate new sales revenue and develop a client base for this newly founded division. Obviously, the account manager will drive their own client-service which will need to be efficient and exemplary.

Your mission

  • Prospect and develop a client base;
  • Create and nurture long term relationships with those clients;
  • Provide a professional service while increasing sales revenue;
  • Ensure to reach your goals as well as the teams;
  • Maintain and renew your client list while adding complimentary products;
  • Offer a personalized customer experience for each individual client;
  • Always update your knowledge of digital marketing.

Your must have:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in digital solution sales or significant sales knowledge – all industries considered;
  • A degree in business administration or marketing - an asset;
  • Knowledge of search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing as well as understanding of SEO and SEM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication aptitudes as well as attention to details.
  • A good capacity at working independently, managing and prioritizing tasks to reach the desired goals;
  • A good knowledge of social media; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Knowledge of directive and creative advertising across different media, including payed and organic referencing, mobile applications and social media;
  • Strong technological skills, including customer relation management tools (CRM) and Microsoft Office suite;
  • A motivation fueled by results and achieving the company's goals;
  • Experience in reaching objectives with distinction;
  • Solid negotiation skills;
  • A capacity to adapt easily;
  • A valid driving license - an asset;
  • A Google certification; AdWords and Analytics, a major asset.
