As a super hero of our new Salesforce solution, you will help with the rollout of the platform within the different teams and implement new processes to optimize this crucial mission.

Your missionYour mission

Participate in the rollout

  • Interact daily with the project team during the needs assessment phase, testing, data migration and throughout the platform’s rollout and evolution;

Train and guide

  • Produce training material and documents, host training sessions, answer the user’s questions after the launch;

Be responsible for governance

  • Maintain a sound databank by implementing the best business practices and various processes for users;
  • Work closely with our dev teams to ensure successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment of our technical cloud business solutions;

Support business units

  • Propose solutions based on the analysis of data available, business opportunities and customer life cycles in order to increase our customer database, its engagement and sales;
  • Help design, document and maintain solutions and system processes;
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users;

Measure

  • Produce platform user reports and share the results with the relevant stakeholders.

RequirementsRequirements

  • A university degree in marketing / IT / Computer Science / Business administration / Business Technology Management, or a concentration in a relevant discipline;
  • At least three years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, sales and partner management, CRM integration with other platforms;
  • Experience in eliciting customer requirements, defining, developing and testing software solution;
  • An appetite for customer data, life cycle optimization and different sales platforms;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Creative and curious;
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with numbers;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud;
  • Knowledge of Pardot (an asset);
  • Knowledge of NetSuite (an asset);
  • Salesforce administrator or BA certification is an asset;
  • Great fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
