Customer Success Manager


Your role

Are you passionate about online advertising, sales and customer satisfaction? You are Passionate about advertising and media executions? If yes, we want to know you! district m is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support the activities of its sales team in Toronto.

The Customer Success Manager is the existing client's first point of contact. (S)He is responsible for the day-to-day management of clients' programmatic initiatives and ensure the development of a strong business relationship between them and our teams of specialists.

Your mission

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients during campaign delivery & after;
  • Have a good understanding of clients' needs and guide them through the best programmatic strategies;
  • Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with district m existing clients;
  • Identify new leads & new opportunities with existing clients;
  • Meeting with clients to present strategies and new products or opportunities on a regular basis.


  • Minimum of 3 year of digital media experience;
  • General knowledge of programmatic advertising landscape and technologies involved;
  • Be a great spoken and written communicator;
  • Proactive and resourceful;
  • Ability to work as a team;
  • Have excellent skills in managing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
